Xbox elite 2 can’t connect to xbox accessories app on pc

Hello just wanted to follow up on this and see if we had any hot fixes? I am currently on PC with no console and want to configure my controller but cant due to the issue.

Just a friendly reminder though that according to Microsoft "If you’ve updated your controller with the latest firmware version (5.11.3118), you may experience problems configuring the controller with the Accessories app on a Windows device. We are aware of this issue and our engineering team is currently working on a fix. In the meantime, you can still configure your controller using the Accessories app on your Xbox console. The controller’s updated settings will then carry over when you connect it to a Windows device."

Did you even read the question?? Person said they have no xbox and you give an xbox as a solution. Geez learn to read the question before putting the copy paste answer in there.

Hi, is this still being worked on? I am still waiting for a fix

At least one guy have said to me that they managed to get an update for the Xbox Accessories App for PC. Version 300.2202.25001.0, not sure why not everyone is getting this update

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer that.

Customizing user profiles on a Windows 10 PC is not supported via Bluetooth. Any Bluetooth capable Xbox One controllers will need to be plugged in via USB-C or through the Xbox Wireless Adapter if you want to customize and use custom profiles. The Xbox Accessories
app will not detect your controller over Bluetooth connection.

Use the Xbox Accessories app to customize your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2  

Things to keep in mind:

• The Xbox Accessories app is only available on Xbox One and Windows 10.
• To configure the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, get the Windows 10 May 2019 Update (or later) and make sure your PC has the latest fixes.

• The Xbox Accessories app won’t detect your controller if you’re using Bluetooth to connect to your PC. Connect your controller using Xbox Wireless, or plug the included USB-C cable into the back of the Xbox Elite Wireless
