    Xbox Elite 2 cannot customise on PC


    Hey all,

    Loving the Xbox and also the Ultimate pass so I can play on PC as well.

    I have the Xbox Elite 2 connected to PC via USB, all updates have been applied, I have tried both local and MS account logins. The accessory app does not recognise my controller and states that the firmware is not compatible.

    I have plugged the controller back into the Xbox as well with no further updates showing for it?

    The weird thing is that when I plug it into my Razer Blade, I can load the customisation app and customise the controller?

    What is the issue with the PC?

    Hello TWHN, you belong to some Insider ring, if you don't belong, have you checked if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10.

    Controllers - Elite, Scuff or Razor? - updated 3rd June

    I've had 2 elite controllers, haven't had the best of luck with them. I'd recommend Razor, they do great products, and customisation.

    Share button on Xbox Controller doesn't work like on Xbox Console

    tap for screenshot and press hold for record, they are the only options available to windows 11 pc's with the share button. it cannot be customised which to me is plain stupid.
