Xbox elite 2 can not work normal

I haven't had this problem myself with my elite controller, but I have seen a similar post in the forums for it. I don't think there is any particular fix that you can do yourself, however, you can check your warranty status for your controller and have
it sent in for repair or replacement.

If you haven't registered your controller, you can find the serial number on the bottom of the Xbox controller in order to add it to your account. If the controller isn't within its warranty, you can still request to send it in for repair.

Hello again Chris, if it works normally with a normal controller, try unpairing your Elite 2 by connecting it to a mobile phone for example and then re-pairing on Xbox, if it doesn't work the idea would send it to the Microsoft warranty.

just invest in an elite series 2 controller if you want controller sensitivity. i think normal controllers work fine as they are.

Thank you for your post. The Xbox Series X will allow for backward compatibility with Xbox One controllers, meaning an Xbox Elite Controller Series 2 will work as normal with the Series X.
