    xbox eite 2 controller still doesnt work on any apple devices


    My controller doesnt work and someone told me that it was because of a previous update on the controller. Then i was told to make a post on the xbox insiders reddit but it was taken down. Im very confused on what to do now. My controller is up to date with updates and my iphone is an iphone 11 with ios 14. The controller doesnt work with any apple device as ive also tested it with an ipad and an other iphone. Other controllers seem to work just fine but its only the elite 2 controller.

    If you updated the controller on PC I'll strongly recommend you try updating it on an Xbox console. Also take a look at this post from Apple's support page https://support.apple.com/en-ng/HT211232

    If those doesn't help, you will need to send the device to Microsoft for a service repair/replacement. You can see how to do that here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    If the controller is still under warranty, the repair/replacement is free. If the warranty has expired, it will cost you a fee depending on the type of controller you own. You can check out Microsoft's out of warranty service cost here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    If that doesn't help, check and update your iOS firmware as well.
    My controller is up to date with updates but doesnt work still with any apple device i tried it on, my normal controller works just fine with everthing meaning its most likely something wrong with the Elite 2 Controller.

    I've just seen that this issue started after the November update. I'll suggest you report this as a feedback to the Xbox insiders subreddit. If this gets enough up votes, it will be considered as something people want and a change will be more likely in the works.
