    this morning on my xbox one i tried using my edge app the page opened and it looked like this actually it didnt even look like the picture below because that also dosn't not so far in 2022 any way the edge opens and looks normal but does not respond to any input from the remote control or the xbox app control(andriod) or the xbox app (pc) went through all setting and could not find solution

    There is no “mobile view” in the settings on the Edge app on my Xbox One. This setting feature appears to only be available on the mobile version of the Edge app on my smart phone.

    My name is welcome to the community.

    Hello Edf and Happy New Year, you've tried some procedure on your console if you haven't tried to perform the procedures below to see if Edge is back to normal.

    The first is a cache cleanup:

    1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

    2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

    3. Wait 1 minute with it off

    4. Turn it back on

    Then do the procedure below:

    MAC Address

    Settings » Network Settings » Advanced Settings » Alternate MAC Address » Click Clear

    Will ask to restart the console.

    If it does not work, try the procedure below.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    This is the Edge app on Xbox One? The content found on websites is up to the websites that you're visiting and not controlled by Microsoft or a result of the Edge App. There aren't any extensions with the Xbox One version of Edge, so that would also unlikely
    be the culprit. I would really think it's the visited sites that would be causing the redirection, I'm not sure how it would be done otherwise.
    I would recommend reviewing this page to see if it helps in clearing up what you have in Edge to prevent this.
