    I'm trying to buy EU ACCESS subscription and receive an error PUR-RiskRejected-CrossRegion

    I'm from UKRAINE but there is no ukraine in store.

    I've tried to choose Turkey but got an error

    Can't locate EA Access App

    If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

    just to be sure, the EA Access vault is something that requires people on the Xbox One to have an EA Access subscription, so it's not Free.
