Xbox DVR have fps drops

First of all, sorry for my English because I'm not from any English country.

I've had a problem since 3-4 months, It is that when I'm going to record with Xbox DVR, It records good, but some minutes later, the recording is on 15-20 fps, and then, return to 30 fps (That are the fps that I have configurated), and time later, it records
again with 15-20 fps and so all the time.

The problem is on THE RECORDING, (when I watch the video, it have that problem; 30 fps, then 15 fps, 30 fps again, 15 fps again, etc.) NOT on the videogame, that is constantly 50-60 fps.

And other extra information: before that problem, with the same videogame, the program hadn't any recording problem, but suddently, without sense, with se same game, the recording is as I've said (15 fps, 30fps...)

Please, help me to fix this! Is very annoying!

Creator update causing game studdering

I recently received the creator update on my game machine. Since then games are shuddering horribly and FPS is very inconsistent.

Nvidia GTX1070

Intel i7 4790

Looks like I'm not the only one having this issue:

I do not have DVR turned on or an Xbox present. Is there a fix for this or should I reverse the update (which i'm hoping is possible).

Xbox One lag/FPS drops (The Witcher 3, Battlefield 1, etc...)

Recently got a brand new 500GB FIFA 17 Xbox One S, and I have lag/FPS drops in some games:

Battlefield 1 Multiplayer - Takes around 2 minutes to load maps, FPS drops in Conquest

GTA V Multiplayer - FPS drops when I join a session with other players

The Witcher 3 GOTY edition - FPS drops in some areas (Novigrad, Oxenfurt, Swamps)

I have no issues with other games like CoD: Black Ops 3, Rainbow Six Siege, etc...

My connection is fine.
