Xbox Downloading XXXXXXXXXX packs bug

I have the same issue with Minecraft on my Series X. I tried all of the above multiple times, including trying a hard reset on my 2-day-old Series X and it still isn't working. I've resorted to playing on my Xbox one. Please help, I'd like to play Minecraft on my new console!

In the meantime, you can perform suggested troubleshooting by doing the following steps:

• Check for storage availability: It is important to note that in order to be able to download games or add-ons on our device, we have enough space. So, if you are running low in storage, you may consider uninstalling unused games and apps on your device. However, if you have compatible external storage, that would be fine.
  
• Restart the game and console: You've mentioned that you've already tried this but it's often the first steps in troubleshooting these types of issues.
  
• Check network connection: Make sure your Xbox is connected to a stable network.
  
  • Check your NAT type as well. It is recommended that your NAT is OPEN.
    

• Clear the cache: Clearing the cache on your Xbox console will not delete your game saves or data files. Clearing the cache will only remove temporary files that are stored on your console, such as updates and system notifications. Your game saves and data files are stored separately on your console's hard drive or in the cloud, and will not be affected by clearing the cache. However, it's always a good idea to back up your game saves and data files regularly to avoid losing any important progress or information.
  
  • Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

This did not help. This download bug extends to downloading not only free and paid worlds, but also existing worlds and exiting settings under “updating 1 of 1 packs” softlock screen.

Even if the game doesn't automatically download the DLC, just try the marketplace anyway. I did and it said it needed 0 MS points for this transaction (downloading the Crimson Pack). So I guess it's not bugged (anymore?).
