    i cant download game, i has tried everything to fix it but keep microsoft store not download it, i have goo internet speed but keep cant download, i has troubleshoot it but didnt make sense, and i has reset even checking my disk in safe mode, do sfc,dskchk,and more but keep this microsoft store rat stuk in downloading i

    Live Connection Issue

    Have you completely reset the xbox back to factory settings? Usually this error is a download error where the connection may have possibly dropped just enough to cause an error in the download and then not work on your xbox but may still register as an update.
    Resetting the xbox back to factory usually will take back the update and try to re-download it

    This means that an error occurred during the download.

    I'm also getting an E66 Error message. It downloads the Update then reads Error E66, but I can restart the xbox and it loads back to dashboard and prompts to download it again.
