Xbox doing odd things

So just a week ago I was having a little trouble with my Xbox one I clicked eject on my controller like I always do it ejected the disc but now I can't put a disc in unless I press the open tray button on the Xbox one then the disc slides into the Xbox if I'm not putting a disc in and press the open button it acts like a disc is still in the tray and makes the eject noise not the usual empty disc tray ding I've tried everything except a full reset such as putting a disc in and pressing the button on the console and controller to no success. Does anyone else have this issue? It's really bugging me

The issue may be with the disc drive itself, DylanSmith195.

Oh this'll be the Left 4 Dead person.

1. Players that don't seem to need to reload - Unless you actually sit down and watch them for an entire level and they don't have to reload once during that time I wouldn't read anything into it.

2. Spawning before the game starts - This could be because your connection hasn't caught up with the rest of the game yet. I haven't played L4D in a while but I'm also pretty sure that the players playing as the infected in Versus get a headstart on survivor
players at the start of a map.

If you do suspect someone is breaking the CoC or terms of use then file a complaint and set that person to avoid. I think this is more a case of Occam's Razor though.

its called a glitch. his internet connection (or yours) is slow, causing him to seem to be behind you when actually he was in front...welcome to computerland.
