    Xbox doing nothing when I tell it to record a clip


    I’ve been trying to record several clips on Fortnite using game dvr (just double tapping the home button and pressing X) and absolutely nothing happens. I thought it could be storage but it isn’t, I’ve deleted countless clips from both live and my Xbox. I went on another game (COD) and clips are recording fine so I figured it might be an issue with fortnite specifically. But then I went back on fortnite and tried making a clip while the game was loading in/in the main menu and it worked. I entered the creative hub and it worked again. Then I start playing box fights or whatever and all of a sudden I can’t make clips anymore? Even after returning to the main menu. I’ve done several hard resets/any mainstream troubleshooting you could think of. Messed around with settings. This is very annoying because it doesn’t even give any kind of feedback or error message or anything, it just does nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

    Notifications, Messages & Achivements not showing!

    They are enabled still nothing, not even when I say xbox record that I get the notification that the clip is ready :(

    Turn off auto game clip saving?

    Yeah, so when I turned off the Game DVR option in the Settings, it would not record when I say "Xbox Record That", nor when I tried to manually us "Snap Game DVR". When doing Record That, the little message popped up telling me that it heard my prompt,
    however, it never came back saying that it ended the clip. Later that night, I found out that it had not recorded anything. When I did Snap Game DVR, it gave me an error when trying to get it to record. Can't remember if it was when I told it to "End Clip
    Now", or when I went to select the timeframe to go back to.

    I REALLY hope there is a way to disable the auto record, because it is extremely annoying, and cluttering. I only want my friend to be able to see my intentionally recorded and uploaded clips, NOT every time I level of get a dogtag payback in Battlefield

    I played all day yesterday, and racked up 70+ Auto clips from playing BF4 and Ryse. I didn't use any of those, yet still had to sift through the 100+ clips to find the ones I personally recorded and wanted to edit. At the very least there should be filters
    to where we can sort between "Record That" clips, Auto record Clips, and Saved/Edited Clips.

    DVR record that failing more than 70% of the time, is this a known issue?

    Anybody ever come up with a fix for this? I haven't ever played BF4 so it can't be that. Mine has been working great since release, then just a couple days ago I was attempting to record a clip in NBA2k14 and xb1 recognizes my command "xbox record that"
    yet nothing ever happens, it never notifies me that clip was recorded and of course nothing is recorded, when I snap dvr I get the error sorry, we couldn't record that (0x82323002)

    DVR problems.

    I've had your 1st issue happen to me at least twice already, Dufful - I record a clip, it tells me it's recorded, then I go into Upload to find nothing there. :(

    If this is a bug, it needs to be fixed to 100%.
