    Xbox doesn't see live gold status


    Just got an Xbox one and a Microsoft account.

    So if I look on the MS website, under subscriptions it says I have a subscription to Xbox live gold, with a date at which my auto renew will occur. However, on our Xbox one, under subscriptions, it does not see this, and only offers for me to sign up and
    pay.

    i have rebooted the Xbox. I have removed my account and reinstalled it (which messed up a few saved games)

    seems like there is something simple I am missing...

    I am having the exact same issue. I've contacted MS support and awaiting a reply. I have a valid Xbox live subscription which is due to auto renew in the middle of January. Worked fine yesterday but not today... Online account on website shows valid
    live account, but Xbox itself not showing the status of live account...

    It looks like you may be on an Xbox Live Silver account if you are seeing a charge pop up. You can verify your subscription status through your
    Microsoft Account page under 'Subscriptions'. If that page doesn't show a current Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to grab the free games with gold. Keep

    I buyed the xbox live gold for 12 months and in my ccount appears that in 2019 its over but it doesn't let me play because it says that I don´t have gold
    There is currently a service alert up for purchases...
