Xbox doesn't recognize software licenses

Okay I just did what I have seen others do and this seems to be the only answer at this time. You have to contact Xbox Customer Support and once they verify your account and that you have both FX and FX2 they will credit you the points you need to get the
classic pack. I don't like this way of doing it, but at least MS made it easy for me and for that I'm grateful. Regardless what others are saying, I believe this maybe a software issue on ZEN Studios side. It's their software that doesn't appear to recognize
the license

The only way I could think to check this was to plug the S harddrive into it. The xbox recognized this connection. So the Xbox software doesn't recognize the old hard drive (but the USB cable powers it regardless).

the original 360 hardrive is from a US 360. I'm trying to move data onto a Japanese 360S. Would the software reject the regions? If so, this will be very challenging to move my saved games (and I was unfortunately in progress in ME3 when 3RL struck again).

In order to play the games, you have to have a license. For games purchased on disc, the license is on the disc. So the disc has to be in the console in order for the system to recognize you have a license to play the game. Since the Series S doesn't have
a disc drive, only games purchased digitally can be played.

And again, the license argument doesn't hold up. eBay alone shoots the license argument out of the sky. The license in video games is a license to the characters and worlds in the game, not the software itself. Ever hear of a "licensed videogame?" Those
tend to be awful games based on movies and the "license" is for the use of the characters in the movie. The actual disc you take home is "copyrighted" material so yes, doctrine of first sale applies.

One of my friend say that maybe the xbox server can't recognize the license of the game. Is it possible?
