Hi Kreason my name is Belle. I'd love to help!

You would need to try a different disc to see if it will do the same, if it does, I'm afraid you might need to have your console repaired.

If the disc was the issue and you just bought it, you would need to reach out to the store where you bought it from if they can have it replaced.

You may check the Minecraft article here: https://support.xbox.com/help/games-apps/browse

You may also reach out to Mojang here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/requests/ne...

To answer your question, sadly no it cannot be replaced as you have used it for over 2 years now as you have mentioned. The warranty for the disc itself to be considered defective is when you have purchased it, and it was already in that state. But since over the years of using it, definitely it would have served its purpose already. As per contacting the senior management, we do not have them at our end here as we're in the forums and they would probably suggest the same thing as well. I do understand your sentiments here.

Hi . We have about 20 games and its only the minecraft one thats a problem . Clearly a defective disk . Did you have a look at the pics i attached . The disk is seperating.

Are you able to replace the disk or see if you can move it to a online version on my gmail or microsoft account so we dont need the disk to play the game ?

I understand where you are coming from with regard to this. It seems that the disk may be worn out already due to usage. Unfortunately, when this happens unless this was purchased recently, Microsoft won't be able to replace it with a digital copy in my own experience.
