Xbox, discord voice chat is not working

Hello Ina have a question, I’ve been trying to use the discord voice chat in my Xbox when I try to join on I get a message that asks me to relink it, and I relink it and it just stays the same and when I try to join a discord voice chat it tells me to relink my account and there’s a ️ mark next to relink account and I dot it and the same thing happens it was working like 30 mins ago then that message popped up . And I asked a virtual assistant to let me talk to a Microsoft worker and it’s not help so please help me out anyone. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to discord through your Xbox. For us to further isolate your issue, kindly share the exact error message that you received.

If you're connected to a Discord voice channel on your Xbox console, your party chat status will say “Discord” and the name of the voice channel that you're in. If you want to join or start an Xbox party chat, disconnect from the Discord voice channel so that you can switch over to game or party chat.

They're working on using voice chat through Discord at the moment. No news about a full app though.

There is no setting to record Discord voice chat. As Discord voice channel audio can’t be broadcasted through Xbox live streaming either

There seem to be multiple reports about it already. Please try the following steps one at a time to resolve the issue:

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Try setting up Manual DNS settings on your console.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 3: Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Kindly check if the same issue persists.

When did this issue start to occur?
Is this the first time you're trying to use Discord voice on Xbox console?
Did you make sure that you transferred the voice correctly? Please note that switching between Discord voice channels on console is not supported. You'll need to retransfer audio from Discord again to switch to a new voice channel.
