Xbox disc game - download to pc?

Discus and support Xbox disc game - download to pc? in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have forza horizon 4 on xbox, I purchased the game in disc form. Can i install it onto my pc?     Xbox disc game - download to pc?


    I have forza horizon 4 on xbox, I purchased the game in disc form. Can i install it onto my pc? Or do i need to have the xbox game pass/purchase it for a second time.

    Any help is appreciated

    As long as the game is a digital download you'll be able to also download it on your Windows 10 PC.

    If it was a physical disc for the Xbox One. You wouldn't be able to use the disc to install on the Windows 10 PC.

    I hope that you enjoy the game. It is a lot of fun.

    Hi,

    To download a Play Anywhere title on PC, you must own the digital download version of the game. Disc games do not qualify. If you have the game on disc for Xbox One you won't be able to download it for free on your laptop.

    I don't buy the same game twice very often. I can only name 4 games that I bought twice. Rainbow Six Vegas 2 DISC & Digital Download, BF3 for Xbox 360/PC and GTA IV for Xbox 360/PC, Gear of War 1 DISC and digital download.

    Hi,

    Is your Sea of Thieves on Xbox on disc or a digital download? You can only download Play Anyway titles for either Xbox or PC if you own the digital license disc copies don't qualify to download on PC for free.

    Are you downloading it from PC, saving it on a disc and then trying to insert it on xbox?

    If so, are you downloading it from the official store where you bought it? And how are you saving it on the disc?

    Or did you buy a disc from an official store that already had the game installed on it?
