Xbox digital games says I don't own them.

So last night I brought 3 games, Rise of Insanity, Layers of Fear 2, and Welcome to Hanwell. Downloaded them and launched LoF2 today - which worked fine.

Tried WtH and it told me I didn't own the game or that I needed to install the disk. It's a digital game, so no disk needed.

And I've checked my purchase history and it states I own the game and it's completed. I tried to launch RoI too and had the same issue.

I've tried the following:

- Reinstalling the games
- Restarting the wifi
- Restarting the xbox
- Doing a power restart thing (where you unplug from the power)
- Deleting my profile and redownloading it again
- Doing a hard reset of my box (deleting all my games)
- Launching the game while I'm offline
- Seeing if I can download and play on my Pc (can't)

I have no idea what else I can try. I have noticed something odd though.

I've installed the games. Try to boot it and it tells me to buy the game. When I click pause and go to the marketplace, it tells me "You own this game, Install" where it would say "purchase" if I didn't own it. When I click this, it deletes the game from my box (it disappears) and then promptly starts to install it again. Once down, I try to launch it and we're back to square one.

Does anyone have any idea how I can solve this?

This is pretty much the same issue I have just with a different set of games.

The only other thing I tried that you didn't mention is moving/reinstalling to my external hard drive but that was unsuccessful as well.

Which console are you on, by the way?

I own all the games that are sudden the last week. It has a triangle in the corner. Only my discopy games. Don't I wantes I digitally own do so that's confusing me. I still own the game. But I own it digitally. So why do I got that triangle with the! In the middle, it looks like and the bottom right corner of the games I own. I can understand if I downloaded them off a game pass. I don't own them. I'm renting them then.

disc games will not show under owned because you don't own a digital license to them
