    Xbox Digital Game Store gave me wrong Game!


    So i just bought Borderlands The Handsome Collection on the Xbox Digital Store..

    Instead of giving me the Handsome Collection, the Store gave me the Xbox 360 versions of Borderlands 2 and The Prequel.

    This is False Advertising and I want my money back! I didn't pay for Borderlands the Xbox 360 Compatible Version!

    WWE2k15 Purchased But Never Recieved $80 Game

    Yesterday I bought WWE2k15 For Xbox One (Digital) then I tried playing it this morning and it asked for a disc (0x87de2712) The game was taken off Xbox Store, Now I got money to buy WWE2k15 Deluxe Edition and it took my money but never gave me the game.
    So now I am out $160

    hello, i recently bought a console bundle of xbox one with games as freebies, 2 of those games were digital download of rainbox six vegas and vegas 2 which I tried to redeem from the store but it said Something went wrong, the other 2 digital games of tombraider
    and rise of tombraider did not have any problems. Please help me.

    you can refund the game

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account.
    2. From the top menu bar, select Payment & billing > Order history.
    3. Navigate to the game or app you want to be refunded, and select 'Request a refund'.

    3 try and 3 far cry 4 price out on my money and check purchase on account.microsoft.com no far cry 4.
