Xbox device portal can't access, ip remote access not work

hi, i can't access my xbox's remote ip with xbox device portal, the xbox refuses to connect

1. the Enable Xbox Device Portal option its active

2.check the ip from cmd in windows and if it connects it is not my network

3. I have tried all the possible combinations with both devices, the pc and the xbox, connected to wifi or in a wired network

4. I tried with different pc, I have 4 at home

5 .I factory reset the xbox, and nothing ..

6. obviously I am in dev mode and the console is activated for dev mode

The problem is in the console, although remote access is active, it denies it and does not allow it, I have searched a lot on the web and I have seen that there are people who have had this problem for years, but there is very little information or solutions about this, silly solutions such as checking if it is connected to the network or activating access to dev mode

7.I'm about to throw the xbox out the window

im having the same issues tried everything , even turning firewall off and antivirus .............

Hello i have already Xbox Device Portal and i have the same issue.

i noticed the next day of activating developer mode that the ip of my console,the same and the address of my remote access its change.

I tried to access by the stantard address https://xboxone:11443 and i got it yesterday

but today i'm not.So i can't have access anymore.

You know that isn't the xbox address right ?

192.168 is your local area network remove the end only 4 sets of digits is needed and you can't use that port
