    Hi there. I am interested in UWP game development for PC and XBOX 1. I am wondering if someone can tell me how to gain access to the forums at the following address:

    https://forums.xboxlive.com/index.html

    They are listed as xboxlive, but do not present any option for joining to gain access to the forums. I cannot tell whether I need an XBox Live membership, or whether these forums are for Creators Program or ID@XBOX members. Also, If anyone can list the various
    development resources provided by the Creators Program or ID@XBOX such as forums, code samples, etc, that would be good. I cannot tell if there is a web site that provides resources, or if basically membership to these programs allows developers to market
    their games.

    I don't think you would be able to do it like that. I'm sure that the companies that do have it on Xbox pay A LOT.

    No developer would be interested in your ideas I'm afraid to say. Not because they wouldn't be good but because of the licensing and trademark issues that would arise.
