Xbox developer program enrollment issues

I am trying to sign up to the Xbox developer program. I have filled in the Account info section but there is an issue with the payment page. I am only presented with the Promo code section. There is a heading for billing but no form or options and no way to move on from this page, or enter details.

If i inspect the page I can see a request to https://paymentinstruments.mp.microsoft.com/v6..... fails with a 400 Bad Request

Also clicking the menu button in the top left does nothing

I have tried this on Edge, Chrome, Firefox and on a different machine all with the same results. I've also been passed around support with no resolution

If you are having difficulty with registering as a partner/developer for the Xbox marketplace. Please email id@xbox.com and they should be able to sort you out.

Me too I'm stuck too so if you or.m2 figure it out I'll help you..I didn't even use6 4 just 3 ..it's just xb9x being greedy

I just dropped like 2 grand on systems qne games and 8 got treated horrible

Do you have to be a certain level/Gamerscore to enroll in the ambassador program.? I'm a frequent Xbox user and would like to enroll but I'm hearing about this standard that could the issue ? Xbox's Larry Hryb never mentioned a gamer score/ standard to enroll
in the program in his weekly show on XLEi I wonder what to do about this situation.

I had this problem a couple weeks ago, I was enrolled in the Minecraft Beta Program. I dis-enrolled from the program and then it worked normally again. So, if you or your friends are in that program, it's likely the reason for your issue.

Is your console enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program or are you on the "official" build channel for your console updates?

There is/was a known issue where the console wouldn't capture properly, or only a few seconds instead of your set recording interval.

If you are enrolled in the Insider Program, send feedback about your capturing issue.
