    Hello I am having a problem regarding the Xbox Device Portal. I’ll go in some detail here for the purpose to give context as to what the problem is. So I get onto the Xbox Device Portal and it has a tab called File Explorer I click it, hit “browse” and I followed the instructions on screen saying “\\xbox\DevelopmentFiles” and it tells me the credentials to enter which I have done successfully and correctly and then it gave me the error message saying “\\xbox\DevelopmentFiles is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions. The referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to.” I really don’t know what I must do to have this issue fixed as I have tried factory resets, hostname changes, using a bunch of options, etc. but no dice as I still get the same error message no matter what. Is there a way to fix this?
