Xbox design labs accessibility

So I've need a new controller for a while and really wanted one custom made. Xbox design labs seems like an awesome idea but I can't use it. Northern ireland is part of the UK and yet xbox doesn't allow them to be shipped here. Its also on the island of ireland which they also ship to but not here. I've never had this issue with any other company. If I can get parcels from all across the world why can't I get a xbox controller.

I've heard from friends and people online that this has been an issue for a long time. People have been told its a glitch and others have just been given no response or just been ignored. It can't be that hard to ship it with couriers like royal mail or dpd. I'd really love an explanation of why we can't get them. I think alot of people would love to know why and not be told it will be fixed soon. Cause soon has been 9 months.

i would say its most likely a transportation and shipper issue. they have stated the controllers are made in the united states, if thats the case then it makes sense why there could be a transportation/shipper issue

if they are coming from china as things usually are then i wouldnt understand why you couldnt get them

I could be wrong but I believe that thanks to Brexit, Northern Ireland now has a seperate trade border from the rest of the UK. While it is still a part of the UK, it is also still in the EU so border controls over imported items are different then they used to be with more complications these days.

The main issue I'm having is the northern ireland is part of the uk which they say they ship to and its literally connected to the rest of ireland which they ship to. Like most things that I order go to England first then to us even from the US

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.
