Xbox Design Lab - Shadow, Camo, Metallic Triggers/D-Pad, Grip... not available anymore???

Hi there Jellyz! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Sometimes some components or whole controllers run out of stock! So don't you worry the most probable case is that they will return soon! Keep in mind that during the pandemic a lot of controllers and consoles ran out of stock due to everyone being home! So worry not and I totally understand your concern!

Hi, I took a look and there is sort of a way to do this. If you create your design and add it to your cart you'll then see the config list on the left of the page, for example I created a design and added it to my cart, this is what it showed on the cart
page.

You could then send that list to your children maybe ?

• Body: Bronze Shadow
• Back: Midnight Blue with Rubberised Grips
• Bumpers: Lightning Yellow
• Triggers: Electric Green
• D-pad: Metallic Regal Purple
• Thumbsticks: Electric Green
• ABXY: Colours on Black
• View & Menu: Black on Grey

The triggers are flimsy & the stick placement isn't ideal anymore.

The only thing that is remotely good is the D-pad, but Nintendo still has best D-pad design.

Here is another issue I have found and maybe it is why those above are having issues. I went to map My D-Pad Up and Left to slot P1 and P3, according to the numbering on the controller itself that should be top right grip trigger and to left grip trigger.
However the app shows P1 and P3 on the same grip, I am very confused, what button is the correct one? The app needs to be updated to match the controller numbering.

That's pretty similar to the on I made in the design lab only my body has the red gradient instead of the designs on the grips it looks dope dude
