    Xbox design lab order


    Hello, a couple of days ago I ordered a custom controller from Xbox Design Lab page, but since then the status hasn’t changed, it keeps saying “Payment Pending”, I selected the direct debit and received the email confirmation of my authorization of that type of payment, yet the status hasn’t changed in the “My Orders” tab. Am I missing something or is it a normal procedure to take this long? I checked my bank account and the money is still there too (not so bad I guess lol)

    Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

    Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
    You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.
