    Xbox Design Lab order was refunded without any notice


    I placed an order through the Xbox Design Lab on 6/17/2021 and received a confirmation e-mail after the order was completed. I just happened to check my Microsoft account for the order status today, and the order is now in the "Returned/Refunded" section of my order history. I did not request a refund, and I did not get an e-mail about any order cancellation or refund. Do I need to place a new order to get the controller?

    I also just barely checked my order history and saw that the controller got refunded without any notice. I heard some people got $10 for their mistake, but I personally got no such thing.

    I had the exact same issue. I received an email confirmation when I ordered the controller on June 17, and I never received another email about it. I checked the status of the order today and it showed as refunded. I called to talk with a live agent. After being passed around to a few people, the answer was the same - it was canceled, but no one knew when or why it was canceled. I was told to just order it again.
