    xbox design lab no order history but there is a credit card charge


    I made an order of xbox design lab product this morning.

    When I placed the payment, I receive the credit card charged information, but I didn't receive the e-mail of the confirmation of my purchase. I carefully checked the trash box, still didn't find anything.

    Also, at the website of xbox design lab, my order page, there also shows "You have placed no orders".

    I thought there is maybe some error with my last purchase so I purchased the same produce again. I receive another credit card charged information, still not any information about the order.

    Right now I have been charged twice but I have no idea what is happing. I can not find the order so I can not apply for refund.

    I tried ask for Microsoft Support, the Customer service keeps sending me the link of "xboxdesignlab.xbox.com" and ask me to check my order page. I have told him/her at least 5 times that there is no information. It is not helping.

    Right now i'm very worried about that. I want to refund as soon as possible and only leave one purchase, because I know it is specially designed for each customer and can not be cancelled after it is already fabricated.

    At the same time, I was also very angry and confused. I had clearly been charged, but I still had no record of the order, either in my mailbox or on the website.

    I am also sure that I used this Microsoft account to log in and make purchases, and the email address is also correct.

    Customer service said he couldn't check my order record.

    So I would like to ask for help to check the status of my order and get a refund for a duplicate order.

    Before you check out with design lab it actually states this in the cart:

    Due to the customized nature of Xbox Design Lab, you cannot cancel or modify your order once it is placed. Your Xbox Design Lab order will deliver in 2 to 3 weeks.
    You will be charged immediately, and the order cannot be returned or refunded.

    You need to be signed in with your Microsoft account to purchase. I just realised I said you to look into your Microsoft account order history for the Design Lab purchase. But the order should show on the Design Lab website order history instead, sorry about that. Please look at:

    The order for the customized controller from Xbox Design Lab will not show on your Microsoft account order history page (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders). It will show on the Design Lab order history page (https://xboxdesignlab.xbox.com/en-us/sales/orde...).

    Design Lab controllers might take more than a month to be shipped. This is due to the customized nature of each controller to the specifications made by the individual who ordered it. Once the order has been made and it is ready to ship, you'll receive an email containing tracking information. For more information, please refer to:

    If you have not received any email with your tracking information and the order inside the Design Lab website is showing as "in processing", rest assured that the controller has not been shipped so far.

    It may take 1-2 days to actually get to you once it's been shipped, but it takes longer than that to actually create the controller. This is listed on the screen before you complete your order:

    Problem with purchasing a game

    If the order is not showing on your Microsoft account purchase history page, it was not processed.

    If the money was really taken from your credit card, then I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the charge with them. Without an order number the Xbox support will not be able to help you.
