    I ordered my Xbox design lab controller 6 weeks ago. I called after 4 weeks as it still said processing. They said wait another week. I called back at 5 weeks and they said they’d look in to it. They then flipped it from processing to shipped and told me I’d receive tracking information in less than 24 hours. I’m on day 3 now of waiting for tracking info, so I called again. They again are telling me they will look in to it and get back to me. Telling me now it was never made. So I got lied to once so far. Then they told me the unique colour choices may be the reason,(I ordered orange camo), but yeah that’s why I ordered the custom controller duhhh, if I didn’t want unique then I would have purchased it from the local Wal-mart. Anyways there are now 2 business days left before Christmas and they are now telling me the product hasn’t been made yet. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me my money and they said they can’t do that. So I guess I will have to report this as a scam to my bank as I paid for a product and was told I’d get it in 3-4 weeks and have never received it. Hopefully I get my money back because now I will have to go make a last minute Christmas gift purchase so my son has one in his hands on Christmas morning. Thanks Xbox design lab, never again, you scam people
