Xbox design lab controlloer

I''m on my 5th phone call and have been on hold for 40 minutes. Do you have a direct phone # to Microsoft Store Support. I think I've already talked to them and they told me that I need to speak with Xbox products specifically.

Hi- I ordered an Xbox design lab controller. I paid for an engraving. I received the controller on Monday and it was no engraved. I have been trying for 3 days to get this resolved with Xbox and Microsoft. I've spent literally hours on the phone being transferred
from one team to another. I've been give 3 different case #'s. As of late yesterday, I was told to go online under my orders and click the option for a return. However, because it is a custom item- IT IS NOT RETURNABLE!

Now, I'm on hold once again with someone from Xbox support- going on 30 minutes. Anyone have any suggestions?

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

The warranty for Design Lab controllers is 120 days (6 months). You can use this article (Xbox Design Lab and Xbox

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
