Xbox design lab controllers not being shipped to Northern Ireland

With issues like these, it would be best to contact our live agents for them to check this information for you and see why it cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland.

Just discovered the same issue as well.

That doesn't answer my question. Why is it available in the rest of the UK? Why is it available in the rest of Ireland? Not currently available, when will it be available? Why is Northern Ireland the only place in Britain and Ireland not to be available? Is this a bug that has been reported by customers for over a year and not fixed or is there a political reason for it because of brexit because nothing else is affected. Thanks for your time but could I get a proper answer and not some stock answer, go and check with someone higher up and find the answer or give me a name and a number I can contact myself. The link you shared shows it is available in the UK and Ireland, no where does it say its not available in a small region of either.

As of this time, "Xbox Design Lab is currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland postal codes in the U.K." Xbox Supported Countries & Regions | Xbox, which shows the supported regions at this moment.
