Xbox Design Lab Controller

I bought a controller from the design lab and it hasn't been a month and the left trigger already has a tiny crack on it. I noticed it being just a tiny dot when i got it but it turned into a crack after the time i used it to play. Where can i go to send
it back and get it repaired if its under my warranty?

XBox Labs Design Controller Points Issue

I purchased an XBox Design Labs Controller for my sister for her birthday. I see there's supposed to be a 15,000 point bounty this month for Design Lab Controllers and I want to know why I can't/aren't getting them.

I take it you are trying to use the Xbox Design Lab? Try to contact support and say you're having trouble with the controller design lab. Or see if there is a support page/email/number on the controller design lab website.

If you continue to have issues with the DL controller I would suggest setting up a repair order if it's still under warranty.
