    Xbox Design Lab Controller still "Pending"


    Hi, I ordered an Xbox Design Lab Controller 2.5 weeks ago. The order status still says "Pending". The ad said it would arrive in less than 14 days.

    Any Explanation?

    Due to the custom nature of design lab controllers, delays can occur. While this is unfortunate it can be the case.

    You can try to see if there is any shipping delays related to weather with the shipping company that they are sending it thru. I know that UPS service is delayed cuz there is sever weather impacting Wyoming.

    If No luck there, then yes I would contact Microsoft store support like mentioned above.
    While i would normally agree with you,

    I can’t help but mention the fact that “pending” seems more like it’s still getting the item ready, if it was already listed as shipped I could see weather being a factor

    Since it's a custom item, those can take about 2 weeks to ship. They'll send a tracking number when it ships.
