    Xbox design lab 15,000 reward credit missing


    Hi,

    My support number is: SRX1367978996ID.

    I have attempted to get this issue resolved through email and chat but they said I have to post here.

    All I want is to get my issue resolved. I purchased an xbox controller through xbox design lab and was promised 15,000 points. I still do not have it.

    I ordered it on 12/20/2016 and the order number is: 11678015967

    Please help.

    Purchased Xbox Design Lab Controller - Still Waiting For Credits

    I purchased a xbox design lab controller while xbox rewards ran a promotion for 15,000 credits. I ordered the controller 11 days ago. I'm still waiting for the credits. Support, can you please contact me? Thank you.

    The credits should show as pending 15 days after the console shipped.

    These are public forums so it's best to block out any personal info before posting images.

    The design lab offer ended on December 17. Since you placed the order after the offer ended, it is not eligible.

    As Smwutches says, that offer was only available from December 1st to December 17th.
