    Xbox dependencies won't install


    The xbox app wont let me play any game pass games or even sign in and it tells me a few things are missing from the pc. When I go to install them it tells me it just got installed but the xbox app still says they are missing. Ive tried multiple solutions
    and none of them worked (including the one where you restart StorSrv)

    Can you advise us what Windows 10 version you have installed please?

    Windows Store should be installed by default on Windows 10. It will be missing if

    1. It's removed via Powershell

    2. You have a version of Windows 10 lower than Windows 10 Home.

    Lower versions of Windows 10 lack the store and other store based apps, and therefore the Xbox App is not compatible with these OS versions.

    I do have Windows 10 Home. On a side note, I been having some weird issue where Windows tells me to update and shut down/restart, but when I do it and turn my computer back on the option does not go away.

    Never mind, I think an update installed last night and everything seems to work fine now.

    Check if your Windows has all the updates and reinstall the gaming services, after that try playing again.

    Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter

    “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”

    In the same Powershell window, enter

    “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”

    Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.
