    Xbox denied my refund


    I bought an in game currency pack on the 14th so I could buy new content as the game was being updated on the 17th, after I bought the item my game was at a loading screen and after a couple minutes of loading it crashed, when I restarted the game I didn't
    get the item but my xbox gift card money was used so I requested a refund. After 2 days they said I had made too many refunds this year but I have only made 2 previously in 6 years on xbox. Is there any way I can request them to refund it again?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Forum. Im sorry to hear that you are having issues with a purchase. It is not possible to request a refund on an item already refused. You can try reaching out to support.xbox.com
    an tell them the issue, but here at the forum we can't do anything about it.

    Which game is not working for you ? Maybe we can help you with that :)

    You would need to reply to the refund denial email but they tend not to refund in game currency.

    No one here can issue refunds.

    It would be best to create your son his own account as letting someone else use your account is against the rules & you can set it up so no unauthorised purchases are made by following the instructions HERE

    You can try replying to the email denying the refund to contact the refund specialists. Otherwise, if they deny the refund there's really nothing else you can do.

    Yeah I tried that, that's my whole problem. It was denied by xbox despite the devs saying you can get it refunded.

    You would still submit a refund request. Even if denied, you can reply to the email you receive denying the request
    to get in touch with the refund specialists.
