    I (like many others) preordered and spent $450 on the COD: Advanced Warfare console bundle to find a 25 digit code to enter and then wait who knows how many hours downloading before I could play. That would have been a best case scenario. I just got "your
    code was not found" and no way to fix the problem and a call back 5 hours after I requested it from a nice guy who couldn't help me at all. As everyone has commented, so much for 24 hour early release, and my double xp, and just plain enjoying the new game
    I spent a lot of hard earned cash to play.

    You have my money Microsoft, I have none of what was advertised that I was buying. So please fix the problem and provide some kind of value/customer service to make up for a BIG problem. And don't blame activision, the box my game came out of was an Xbox
    one box, not an activision box. And it was to be downloaded off Xbox live NOT activision live.

    bstn, they're doing it because there is still a large market of consumers that still enjoy using the Xbox 360 to play games, so that's why they are catering to both right now. Apparently, simply by continuing to use the Xbox 360, you're giving them even

    OK the unreliability issue, isnt a reflection on the launch condition, I think you have to remember not everything is ready launch, these were snippets of what's being prepared. Maybe Sony should have just copped out and demonstrated games on already established devices like MS...

    There are several reasons why a refund or return for a monthly Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription might be rejected. Some possible reasons include:

    1. The refund request is made outside of the refund window. Xbox generally allows refund requests within 14 days after the purchase of a subscription.
