    Xbox deletes everything including accounts and wifi info.


    So I have one xbox one x. My wife normally plays on it and has her stuff on it. We do game share. She had to rearrange her area and she went to download a new game. Game kept saying it can't install it. She has the space for it. She canceled the download and retried it. Xbox shut off. She turned it back on and a majority of her games were gone. Xbox shuts off again. She turns it back on and it says she needs to restart her console. She did. Everything disappeared including what games were ready to install. She did a cache wipe and everything. Now she had to sign back in to wifi and her account. Almost like the console did a factory reset. Any idea what might have caused this and how to avoid it? She is now just trying to download a few games back and see what happens.
