    Xbox deleted important message from xbox


    well, I bought Sunset Overdrive yesterday after playing it for free during the xbox gold weekend last year. Sometime last year in September October I received a message from xbox giving me a code for the game to thank me for being in the preview program.
    I went to look at it today to redeem it but all of my messages are gone. I found out that xbox automatically deletes them after 30 days. How can I recover it so I can redeem the code?

    Offline Achievements Almost Full/Are Full when Playing Online?

    ^Hey guys, for me this just stopped on its on, I let the messages pile up until it said they were full and then it repeated the same process of saying almost full/full. As stated above in the previous posts, it looks like it has to do with importing your
    save from the Xbox 360 and then deleting the data after you've imported it on the Xbox One.

    I don't think this will have any affect on your gaming apart from getting the messages every 5 minutes and since creating this thread I've not seen the message and I've play SoD every day since.

    Recovering account

    You wouldn't have got an error message when deleting the profile - that was just an important note if the error message appeared in a different circumstance. The best option is to contact xbox support for your region.
