Xbox Day One Achievement

I just redeemed the Day One achievement on my Xbox One with the Kinect but it says I don't have it unlocked. What should I do?

Can I Still Redeem Day One Achievement

The Day One Xbox Live subscription card will unlock Dark Jago in Killer Instinct for you, but not the Day One achievement. The achievement was only in Day One edition console boxes.

I have an xbox one of day one I used the first day of the achievements of the card but did not get the first day of achievement

Sorry to hear about the achievement issue. If your achievement is still not unlocked, I recommend checking to see if any other profiles on your console might have had the achievement unlocked under a different profile.

If you are certain that the achievement was not redeemed under another profile, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
  
• Once you console is powered off, wait 5 minutes and then power on your console.
  
• Check your achievements to see if the Day One achievement is unlocked.
  
• If it still does not show, try to Remove and then add your profile to your Xbox One console.
  

Please give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you were able to get the achievement unlocked.

 

I tried all the steps and removed and re-downloaded my profile but it still hasn't unlocked. Any more ideas?

 

Seems to be an ongoing issue for a lot us. I did the same thing and still nothing.
