Xbox dashborad lag

Hello microsoft i have bought the xbox serise x 3 weeks ago i had the xbox one s before but i was thinking switching to the bext gen console and here is what im saying that when i had my xbox one s everything was working fine so far until on may the update on the dashborad system was being very weird on this glitch like it has this thing it lags on the dashborad on were when im going right and left on the dashbord on the frineds list,partues and chats,game activity and capture and share its does this random lag spike on were i go to friends list and i scroll to captures it teleport on were it dosen't look like its smooth its like a lag spike or something. So im asking you please fix this problem on the july update please microsoft its so annoying dealing with this problem and while that i spent the money on the xbox serise x and it didn't even last a month with this problem .

And here are what things i heard about it

it happens to all xbox serise x's

( well it happening to my xbox one s)

it started happening on august 2021 update

(well for me may 2022)

i bought the xbox serise to see if my xbox one s is just too old for this

(starting happening to me until the june update on the xbox serise x)

Microsoft team please fix this problem if you don't understand my question ill post a video of what it looks like

That's odd, actually I'm not facing this exact issue on my Series S and X consoles.

We could try couple things on your consoles to see if you're able to fix this issue:

a. Power cycling the console:

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

b. Perform an offline update for your consoles

In that way Xbox system will be updated from scratch.

its the new dashborad it has alot of us off line and if u do get online it still glitches and lags on online games or it does not want to connect to xbox live at all its the new dashboard
