    Xbox Dashboard Issue


    Hello, I'm having an issue with my console. It seems that even if I don't have a controller connected, the console moves the cursor to the right no matter where I'm at. Whether it's on the home screen or hitting the dashboard button, in the setting menu
    or even YouTube, it constantly moves itself to the right despite no controller being on or any input on my part. I even tried using only Smartglass and it still does this, so there's no way it's a controller issue. I've hard reset my Xbox 4 times, and also
    even factory reset it with great difficulty trying to work around this issue. Despite all these steps, it still continues with this issue. Im a Preview member as well, if this matters at all. Any help would be appreciated!

    xbox dashboard issues..

    so 3 days straight now same issue... guess i will have to get ahold of microsoft and see what they say. ... this should be interesting.

    bumping it back up for anyone who may need the help.. ive still had a few issues and thi tends to fix it off the bat.. if not a hard reset..

    Please go to Settings > Network > Advance Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart

    That's odd! Since you mentioned you are in the Preview Program, please be sure to report this issue by holding the Home button on your Xbox One controller, and scroll to the left to select 'Report a problem'. If this issue gets in the way of you being able
    to hit that button, feel free to navigate to the Xbox Insider forums to post the details of the issue there.

    Yes if you have Problems try a:

    Hard Reset (Holding PowerButton for ~15 seconds, untill it full Powers down->unplug everything and wait 30 seconds-> StartUp Again)

    That will clear System-Cache-Stuff and afterwards it should run smoother!

    I'm not denying that you have an issue, but I doubt it's because of the update.

    The update was just the microsoft points to currency conversion.

    Issue With Dashboard

    Try re installing the dashboard, you can do this by going to System > Storage

    Then press this combination LB RB X LB RB X LB RB X

    When the pop up appears click yes to delete the latest dash update

    Once completed, go to System > Network Settings and run a test to get the latest update
