Hey I just bought a xbox one x game console about 1 month ago. I know I'm late getting to the party but as great as all the graphics and games have been so far I really disappointed in the dashboard. I really hope for the xbox series x you focus on making
your games much easier to access. The games you own should be on your home screen with clean easy access to play them. All these ads and having to click menu and multiple buttons or create groups is a huge inconvenience and I am really hoping you take my feedback
and make the next system dashboard focus on the games you own and make it less cluttered and easy to get to your games and game collection. Thank you

If you have the latest dashboard update, the Xbox Companion option has been changed to Smartglass. This can be found in the same place where the Xbox Companion was in Settings > System > Console Settings > Connected Devices > Xbox SmartGlass Apps > On.

If your iPhone has the latest iOS 6.0, unfortunately the My Xbox LIVE application will not work as of yet (in terms of the smartglass functionality). They have not yet updated the application for iOS 6.0 support. This is being worked on and I'm sure it'll be
updated soon.

Unfortunately I can’t follow them steps because am on a iOS device and it doesn’t let you clear cache, also the captures don’t seem to be uploading from my recent captures onto the Xbox live part from my Xbox series x on the dashboard screen, not sure if the problem is linked

Was able to delete it from Xbox app on iOS, after this old Xbox was removed from Xbox Game Pass app for iOS.

Still can’t remote play on ios16 with 5G data.

Yup, remote play from any network outside of the network the Xbox is on is currently broken on iOS 16 and has been since iOS 16 beta's initial release.

The reviews on the iOS app on the iOS App Store are filled with people reporting the same, if you sort by most recent reviews.

The steps listed by Dérek will have no effect, as this is a bug in the Xbox app on iOS 16, not an issue with the Xbox or NAT configuration, as evidenced by the fact that Android, iOS 15 and below, and Windows devices will be able to remote play from the same Xbox out of network, but iOS 16 fails for those impacted.

Microsoft has yet to formally acknowledge this in any known issues listings. The best we can hope for is that a fix goes in at some point, versus them continuing to sweep it under the rug.
