Xbox Customer Support only giving automated responses when I request for a new DLC code

I bought the Xbox One game Agents of Mayhem and it came with a DLC code but whenever I try entering it I keep getting the same error code that I need to redeem the code on a different web page. I’ve tried it on my Xbox, PC, and Mobile Phone and have received
the same error every time. I’ve previously messaged Xbox Customer Support (https://support.microsoft.com/en-sg/supportrequestform/cb3f9f22-b712-e098-593e-817848e28899) about this but only received automated e-mail responses from a "Reynaldo" and my ticket
was closed without any resolution (Service Request No. 1502211717). Does anybody know how I can get in touch with an actual human representative to request for a new code? Thank you.

Hi because of the recent events of the Corona Virus customer service has been backed up. Keep trying to contact Xbox Support and eventually you will get through.

I opened another ticket and got the same automated responses again, this time from somebody named "Anton" (Service Request No. 1502601895). Now I've been told to open yet another ticket (it's my 3rd time doing this). May I know how I can get this issue
resolved or is nobody able to provide a replacement code for this?

I did and got an automated response. That is why I am asking in a General forum for a General reply for my request. When I post where you sent my post was givin an automated reply and deleted
