    Why is that you can spend over an hour on the phone with customer support, and you get lied to and hung up on in the process? What wonderful customer support they have!!!

    Kinect issues = Garbage Customer Service support

    I am simply so frustrated It make me want to just sell my X-Box one. I bought my system around Thanksgiving about 1 week later the Kinect stops working. When I call the Customer service line they tell me to send it back via their repairs center and I’ll
    have it back in 10 days. I should have just returned it to Wal-Mart as it was still in the 30 day window. To make a long story short, I do not have my kinect back yet, They say it was shipped out back to me but went to an old address that I had on file.
    Talked to a brain dead CS rep and her equally Brain Dead Manager who could not logically explain how it was they are saying my item is shipped but Fed ex shows no record of it. Resolution: Keep checking back with Fed ex to see if I can get it re-routed if/when
    it shows up it could take up to a month. Ogh yea Manger said if item gets to address and they do something with it I am just out of a kinect they will not send me another one. This has got me hot!!!! Already getting my timelines and information together
    to send to a lawyer.

    Chatpad Orange and Green keys mixed up

    I contacted Xbox Support and they just kept referring me to the website but would not let me speak to a live person. I tried Microsofts Customer Service and they just kept telling me to use the same useless site, which doesn't help at all.

    Xbox and MSFT have the WORST Customer Support. They sell you garbage and then they hide so you cant speak with anyone.

    I'm done with these garbage products and horrible service.

    Apparently, something as simple as just making a chatpad that works is just too difficult for MSFT to do.

    You know, the 'customer service' they offer to their customers is pretty crappy, and I am very displeased.

    You all should do MUCH better than this. $60 for a year and I get garbage support. Wonderful.
