    Xbox Customer Support Callback Option (United Kingdom)


    hi, new here. for around 8 months or so the only way to get customer support in the uk has been referring you to a gamer in the community, or sending you to links for faqs, does anyone know if call centres are permanently closed in the uk? maybe even europe too? i enter my uk phone number and it says we cannot complete your request, the callback option simply hasn’t existed for months, i obviously tested this by entering a us number and they said we will call you shortly, so i guess usa is the only country offering phone support? and here in britain you get referred to a gamer in the community or links to faqs, it’s really frustrating! has anyone else noticed this?

    I noticed from the other thread you've been replying on that you are located in the UK, is that correct?

    I'm not sure why the callback option is not working for you but I found this international support number for Xbox in UK. Hopefully this will help.

    You're getting this error because you're living in a country that is not officially supported by Xbox LIVE. The United Kingdom actually has this game available to them. However, you're not able to download this because you're not physically living in the
    United Kingdom. Unfortunately, this game is region locked which means you will not be able to download it outside of the United Kingdom.

    The information that ngocphi gave you up top was correct, and this means that you will not be able to take advantage of this offer.
