thanks for the help. Is there any email address for Microsoft customer service or Xbox customer service. because none of them is picking up the call.

Just spent 1.5 hours with Xbox customer service. We did everything that you can do to a console and then some. I then conference'd called Direct TV in on my Xbox customer service call and Direct TV admitted the problem is now on their end. The Direct TV's
Customer service agent's name was Marcus. He said it was on their end and gave me attitude while saying it.

So there you go...

Still no word on when our services are going to be up and running. On top of that you cant contact any one from customer service. You call one of the customer service numbers and it says to go on xbox/help. You go on xbox/help and it says customer service
is unavailable. What a joke. Microsoft is so trash.

I had various issues in Xbox and called to customer care support !! You Can also try
