Xbox customer frusturated

Recently I have tried to contact Xbox to discuss an issue. Here's the email:

Xbox, thank you for fixing my sons xbox. The only issue we have now, is; I sent it to be fixed in its original Minecraft box bundle. Now, upon receiving our fixed xbox it came in a plain brown box in air bubble papers. We did
NOT get the original boxes, items, etc. Our son is devestated. Please Make this right. I have added the information to back up my claims. Thank you

There needs to be more older people playing this.

@IsaacClarkeSNL Thats kind of dumb though. I'm always frusturated when people don't use their mics and then they end up doing something and I don't know why.

Could it possibly be that my ports aren't forwarded? But I still don't underdtand why I could get on all weekend, and now all of a sudden I can't. Everything in my house can use the internet fine, except for my xbox. I'm honestly pretty frusturated at this
point.

 

When you set up a repair you are given information that states to only send in the console. Anything else you send in is not guaranteed to come back.

How to pack your Xbox console for shipping states "the shipping box you use will not be returned to you."

In this case, we're afraid that if the box was not returned, it cannot be replaced.
