Xbox Custom Gamerpic troubles

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have been unable to change your gamer picture on your Xbox profile. At the moment, the ability to change your gamer picture to a customer photo is not available. This
feature has been disabled for several days now. The front page of the
Xbox Support website explains more about this change. Once the notification has been lifted, we recommend trying to change your gamer picture. We hope this information helps Meme Salad!

This error would only prompt you if the system sees your Xbox Account as a minor based on the birthdate set when you originally created your account. Changing the birthdate via account.microsoft.com will not bypass this error. You need to wait until the
maturity date of your Xbox account is met.

As you can see I have had a friend who had the exact same problem, but it is easy cause all he had done was he had made a logo on the computer and sent it to his phone and he couldn't do it so all I am saying is:

-Keep an eye on the wifi

-Make sure that you have not made it from computer

-if it is a drawing or real life pic makes ire it isn't inappropriate or offensive to people

Trust me some of these things could be the reason why it isn't working and if it still happens make sure to call Microsoft as they are the original creators of Xbox.
