Xbox Custom Gamerpic 24 hour ban !

Hi, just a 15 minutes ago I changed my Gamerpic to this :

It's a Photoshoped scene I find on the Internet from a well known anime named Dragon Ball Z diffused for kids/teens so a minor audience.

I already used it before and got no problem in late 2018.

And so I don't see what current guidelines I may have broken due too nudity or sexual content, extreme violence, profane or offensive terms or gestures, references to notorious people or organization, references to sensitive current
or historical events, controversial, or other innapropriate references.

I wanted to know also if I post this one,

will I still be banned from Custom Gamerpic another time ? ( Because it's the same thing but I don't want to try I'm just curious )

And why don't you make instead of banning people from uploading Custom Gamerpic , a Bot ( Because I suppose it's reviewed from bots already ) that acts before it even upload in Xbox Live so it can check the Custom Gamerpic and
say if it's eligible or not ? It will be more explicit for people and understand that what they're uploading may cause a sanction in the future !

The thing is, with this type of sanction ( Custom Gamerpic Ban ), that you're not eligible for reviews which I find silly.

And it really makes me feel anxious uploading new picture now and being sanctioned for such a little thing that can be dealed without sanctionning ! Because in the end everything can be considered a breach of terms and conditions !

I know I could use this fonctionality after the ban, I don't worry about it.

I have had the same thing happen to me, except I used a picture of a Nitrocell from Rainbow 6 Siege.

There are several avenues you could use to talk to someone about the ban, but it's probably more time than it's worth.

You will be able to use custom pictures in the future just fine, but remember, even fictional violence can be considered a breach of terms and conditions.

Usually it get verified within 24 hours custom gamerpics but if you aren't older then 18 years you can't get a custom gamerpic

Gamerpics can get you banned if they contain content that is offensive and againgst the code of conduct. If you want more information on your ban it's a good idea too contact xbox enforcement directly as they do not use the xbox forums, and if the ban
is more than 24 hours then you will have the right too appeal. If there is nothing too sugest that your xbox gamerpic should be banned in the xbox code of conduct then you should also have the right too appeal as you have not violated any terms and conditions
set down by microsoft, as long as the ban is not for just 24 hours. Too avoid any hassle with your account it would probably be a good idea too change your xbox gamerpic too avoid any future bans with your account, as someone has oviously taken offense too

Many people have been having trouble with custom gamerpics lately, which might indicate an issue on Microsoft's end. The only thing anybody can do is wait it out. Give it at least 24 hours. If you still don't see your new gamerpic, try uploading it again.
