    Is there any problem if I pick a picture from a famous anime (like Naruto etc)? Can I get banned?

    The computer avatar store works perfectly fine. It's on the Xbox 360 itself that is having problems with the avatar store

    So, I've tried buying them off the Xbox Store online and even on my Xbox 360, but none of the content comes to my Xbox One. What's the deal here?

    Customize Avatar problems

    I'm having kind of a similar problem I had bought some things for my avatar about 2-3 months ago and with this new update it's taking away all that I have purchased for it and I'm wanting to know if I can get that stuff transferred over to this new Avatar
    system or if I can get a refund immediately it's safe to say I am fairly irked on this situation

    To start things off, let's try redownloading your profile and see if that yields any results for us. To do that:


    If that doesn't work, here's a few questions for you to help us better understand the situation:

    1. How often are you trying to customize your Avatar?
    2. Are you unlocking any Avatar items in between changing your Avatar?
    3. If you are unlocking Avatar items, are you purchasing them or are you unlocking them via in-game achievements?
